Invent Your Own 121 Second Exercise
If you stop to give it some thought, inventing your own 121 Second exercise is relatively easy. The more you do it, the faster the ideas roll in. There is currently a backlog of concepts ready to be trialled in future films. Even so, I am always open to suggestions for new ways to workout.
The first viewer suggestion that has been converted into an official 121 Seconds exercise film is from Chris who came up with the idea of doing sit ups whilst holding a bucket of water. This both increases the difficulty of the exercise and creates that element of fun that is often sort after on this site. The Bucket Abs workout also fits nicely into the 121 Seconds sub series FunKore-cises.
